Hi there! Caroline Herring, here. I'm a Charleston-based photographer and artist. I've held a camera in my (left) hand for well over a decade.
After working commercially for several years, I unearthed a newfound joy in capturing the everyday, genuine expressions of love and life. As a lifelong artist, I see documenting these moments as an opportunity to surrender to ourselves and the art of making.
Love is a verb felt. We experience it through the messiness of laughter, the tenderness of quiet glances, the euphoric intimacy of childlike play, and everything in between.
In my world, love isn't posed or perfect. It's honesty in connection, poetry in vulnerability, and memories in motion—all captured on digital and film.
Every frame is an opportunity to reflect, reminisce, and live on forever.
